First and foremost I would like to thank my beautiful wife for–in a moment of delirium–agreeing to marry me, and then for giving me two sweet, funny and adorable little girls. And I would like to thank my little monkeys for making me a daddy and for making every day of my life magnificently insane.
I would also like to acknowledge my own father, a man endowed with more strength, character, and courage than I could ever hope to possess. And a true “man” in every sense of the word.
I send my well wishes to all the dads out there. I hope today was filled with well deserved peace and gratitude. And to all you moms, please take good care of my boys tonight!!
My week got a bit hectic and I was unable to write a post for The Bogfathers, but please pay them a visit and enjoy a wonderful collaborative Father’s Day tribute.

You’ve got some beautiful girls there Mitch. Better start planning now how to be an intimidating dad for when the boys come knocking later on. You DO have a “don’t even think about it” face don’t you?
